(Required)
We are so grateful you have volunteered to serve as a group leader for Blended Kingdom Teens. This may be your first time leading a group like this, or you may have a great deal of experience. Mission
The purpose of a Blended Kingdom Teens group is to bring healing, encouragement, and hope to teens from blended families, to equip them to pursue God and His will, and to empower them to live as a reflection of God’s love in the world.
Values
Our faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of our lives. We rely on our relationship with Him to guide the preparation and leadership of each session. We look to Him to inform our policies and procedures. Respect, love, honesty, confidentiality, and understanding are core tenets of these groups. We believe Christ can redeem every person and situation for His glory and the good of His followers. For nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37).
Policies and Procedures
1.All leaders must remain open-minded and welcoming toward the situation of others. Groups are designed for support, not judgment.
2.Each group must have a leader and a co-leader.
3.Group leaders need to maintain the core message and principles outlined in the devotional and should not deviate from such.
4.All leaders must complete a survey at the end of the study, and they agree to send class surveys to all participants for their feedback on the materials.
5.Leaders understand that all things shared during group meetings are confidential and will not be shared outside the group without permission.
